Force operates within active industrial environments where hazard mitigation, risk management, procedural compliance, and situational awareness are critical. Our safety program emphasizes proactive planning, job hazard analysis, task-specific training, and strict adherence to site-specific safety requirements. From routine maintenance work to complex capital projects, turnarounds, and emergency response, safety expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and enforced in accordance with all applicable OSHA guidelines and ANSI Standards.

Our teams are trained to perform high-risk industrial work including hot work, confined space entry, lockout/tagout, heavy lifting, and work around live processes and rail operations. Safety performance is reinforced through regular training, toolbox talks, audits, and leadership involvement, ensuring hazards are identified early and mitigated effectively.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
At Force Corporation, quality is built into every phase of our work, from material receipt and fabrication through installation, inspection, and final turnover. Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program is structured to meet stringent industrial, regulatory, and code requirements while delivering consistent, repeatable results across all divisions.

Force maintains certified inspection authority and code compliance capabilities supporting pressure vessels, piping systems, structural fabrication, and field repairs. Our program is backed by recognized industry credentials, including ASME Section VIII Division 1 “U” Stamp for pressure vessels, ASME “S” B31.1 power piping, B31.3 process piping, National Board NBIC “R” Stamp for repairs and alterations, and API inspection certifications for pressure vessels (API 510), piping (API 570), and aboveground storage tanks (API 653).

Quality control activities are performed by qualified personnel utilizing approved WPS and PQR documentation, certified welders, weld mapping and traceability systems, and CWI inspection oversight. From in-shop fabrication within a controlled environment to field installation and ASME repair work, every component is verified for dimensional accuracy, material compliance, weld integrity, and code conformance.
